We attach particular importance to the selection of our suppliers. You can enjoy sausage and meat from the Doggwiler butcher’s shop in Lucerne or from butcher Gabriel from the Engelberg valley. Our meat comes from Switzerland. Our trout comes from Switzerland and our smoked salmon from Norway. We developed the Le Piaf natural sourdough and wholemeal rye bread together with the Kreuzbäckerei bakery in Stans and it completes our dishes perfectly. As far as possible, we source regional fruit and vegetables and prefer to use them when they are in season and ready to eat. Our eggs come from Malters from Bachmann Freilandeier. We are also a member of Slow Food. Our clothing is made from recycled plastic fished from the sea and organic cotton.
